[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet. Moisture sensor choice seems to work well. Could do without the Wrinkle Shield, but it doesn't seem to do any harm and probably doesn't take much energy. I Like the choice of having the end of load buzzer either on or off. Very simple machine. It's only been about 2 weeks, and so far so good.( I can only give 4 stars because it is too soon to go full on 5. Check back with me in a few years).

This particular model DOES NOT dry clothes at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does not DRY clothes at all. My wife and I are so disappointed at this particular product. We purchased a Whirlpool dryer in 2002 back in Houston, TX which worked well for more than 20 years. I thought this new dryer would work at least as well as the old one. The truth is the opposite. As a professional engineer, I think the quality control with this particular model was either terrible or not implemented at all. Maybe there was no any test done before the product was put on the market. I am so sad with this product. For every load, we attempt to dry twice, i.e., using double energy, but it still does not dry. Either there was no moisture sensor, nor the timer was wrong or both. PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUE! THE DEFAULT PRODUCT RATING does not allow real customers to change it. STRANG!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dryer I loved the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is working well, I really like the different cycles and when the dryer finishes the cycles you are notified. However, there is one thing that I am unsure of is why the dryer moves, it is not stable.
