Excellent sound

Works out great to plug these speakers in to my iPad and listen to pandora, Sirius or I heart radio

Absolute Terrible

These speakers keep turning itself off after a while if the sound level is too low, which makes it impossible to play music or videos at low volume for extended periods of time before you have to turn it on manually again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Sound - One Large Flaw

Great JBL sound, love that. But, it goes into sleep mode if the input source is not turned up high enough. So you have to turn the speaker volume down and crank the input source up as to not make it go to sleep yet not have the thing to load. But you are then limited to a lower volume when you do want it load and need to turn up the speaker volume to get enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and crisp, clear sound

I use these speakers with my tablet with Pandora. When I am working out I have them plugged in. I have the volume cranked all the way up and not one bit of distortion. I have been a JBL connoisseur since 1984 and also have a surround system and two floor tower speakers. Nothing tops JBL!

Perfect for our bedside tables!

Was surprised how clear the highs and the stereo separation upon placing it on both side of our bedside tables! Bass is decent enough for its size. Nice! And the top rotary volume is cool.
