Expensive repair and frequent break down

We use our oven 2-3 times a month and even with that low of use, the oven has broken down twice in 6 years with a regulation error. The computer chip regulating temperature has already been replaced once and is now in need of repair again. This is the worst appliance purchase I have ever made. The microwave has been good and heavily used but you can't just replace the oven you have to replace both, again a huge waste of money. We bought BOSCH hoping for a higher quality product and are hugely disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this item 2 years ago, the micro stopped working and oven display gone blank. Despite my warranty being expired the lady in customer service is very understandable and cooperative. The customer service is awesome. I got the oven fixed by the company. I love having bosch in my kitchen just for their service. Thanks for the great service. But I am still crossing my fingers on the oven to keep working.

Will not buy Bosch again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since purchasing (08/08), the door assembly on the oven no longer works, thus not allowing me to use the oven at all. The microwave door is on its last leg and barely registers that it is closed, and the inner plate does not turn. The entire piece is junk. Waste of money.

Terrible product

I have had this unit since 2014 and the latch quit working properly shortly after we had it installed. To operate the microwave you have to slam the door to get it to turn on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Another Poor Quality Bosch Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave was arching behind light and now doesn't work (turns off after a few seconds). No error display though the arching was quite dangerous. Unfortunately the 1 year waranty has expired. Since this is an oven / microwave combo unit, looks like I'm stuck with a big digital clock.
