its reminiscent of coffee house cappuccino BEFORE we all drank from paper cups. has a rich flavor and only needs a dash of cinnamon or some chocolate flakes to complete the taste. sugar in the raw isn't a bad touch if you prefer a sweeter drink

A perfectly brewed cup of Cappuccino. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and it will rival your favorite coffee house. A tip for the unhappy folks - experiment with the settings :)

I cannot believe any organization would let a product of this poor quality be associated with their organization. I would discontinue this product immediately. There is nothing about this product worth buying.

I usually add a little bit of cream to the cup before frothing the milk because I think it could use a little sweetener, but the flavor is still desirable as is. I would like to taste more body to it and/or just a stronger roast, but overall it's a nice change from the everyday cup of coffee.
