Not bad...

I thought it was a bit flavorless, but overall, I thought it wasn't bad. All the "UGH SO GROSS, COULDN'T EVEN DRINK!" comments are a bit hyperbole. I really don't think this drink deserves a lot of the one star ratings it's been given.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter
Cons: Not Enough Flavor

Was expecting more flavor, more complexity, and better overall product. Great concept of the two step brewing process, but I just wanted more. The product was not horrible, it's just that it lacked a true coffee aroma and taste.
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Unappealing Or Flat Aroma

I was very disappointed. Cappuccino from vending machines are better than this.

Not so bad at all

Was a little hesitant to order this due to the very poor reviews, but DW overruled, and got it anyway. Considering no espresso machine was used, it had a nice espresso taste to it, though the milk wasn't rich or frothy enough. I give it 4-stars because I didn't have to steam, burn myself, repeat to make a decent capuccino.
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body

Not rich enough - although I brewed on strong. Froth, so called, tasted a little like non-dairy creamer.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Not Bitter
Cons: Roasted Too Light, Not Enough Flavor

This was pretty bad. The "milk" part is powder milk with water mix and tastes like chemicals (although it is not and is completely safe). Was very disappointed.
