Italian Roast is our "go to" for daily coffee. We are Starbucks people but it can get expensive. Italian Roast is cheaper and tastes great.

I enjoy the Italian Roast anytime, but it is almost always the coffee I pick when I am looking for something special to have a "time-out" with. I generally save these for myself and rarely offer this brew to friends and guests!! SHHHHH, don't tell!

I added this coffee as they discontinued Big Bold Easy in the Vue pods. This is not bold, dark roast or even a good flavor. I tried it on strong setting, 12oz, 10oz and even 4oz. If you like a light watered down coffee this is for you! If you're searching for a dark roast I suggest Green Mountain's Dark Magic, full bodied, rich and bold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We tried this brew out once our Emeril's bold was retired and I was severely disappointed. Even on the strong setting it was still watered down and had no flavor. I would not advise you to purchase this one.

Robust flavorful usually smooth

I would probably give it 5 stars if it was consistent. Every once in a while you get a bitter cup, but other than that this and the decaf version are our favorites.
