I purchased this email case after I upgraded my phone from the Galaxy S4 to the S7 Edge. I had the Otterbox Defender case for my old phone for nearly 3 years. It was very protective so I knew I wanted another one for my new phone. I was slightly disappointed that only the Commuter and Symmetry cases are available for the S7 Edge. However when I received the Commuter case I ordered, I was pleasantly surprised. It seems very protective and I like that the top and bottom edge of the case keep the screen from touching anything when the phone is turned on it's face. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase so far!

I had the same case for my Samsung S5. I up-graded to the new S7 Edge, so I purchased the Commuter case about three weeks ago. The port covers are tight and the high lip keep the screen off surfaces when placed face down. My dislike is the rubber boot porthole around the USB/Speaker, because of the large porthole the boot lip near the Home key is loose and seems to catch everything, looks like it is ripping; mine might be defective. Also the S5 commuter case came with a screen protector, The S7 Edge case did not. Over all I am happy with the case.

i always get the otter i love the case, sharp colors and i think its the best case for any phone, i had them on my 3 iphones, my m8 and now the s7edge. the only thing is when i bout all the otter box cases they always came with a screen protector but not for the galaxy s7 edge.. still happey with the case tho

The case is grate, no problem there..... You knead to add to the experience, by making a attachment that will go over the case and clip to your belt or wast band or to your pocket book. That will make it the best case ever!

I bought the Commuter (Red/Red) for my new Titanium Silver Galaxy S7 Edge, and I love it. The fit is perfect; doesn't interfere with the screen edge at all (this was a concern; totally unfounded). I previously had the Defender for the Galaxy S4 and I was completely satisfied with it. But OtterBox has hit it out of the park with the Commuter for the S7 Edge. I highly recommend this product. I will never use any case other than an OtterBox. The BEST cases on the market; BAR NONE!

I purchased this for my new Samsung S7 Edge after having one for my S5 for over 2 years. This one has a rubber trim piece around the screen and it has become detached at the bottom after only using it for a little over a week. Was hoping that it would be as durable as my past case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing that Otterbox found a way to keep the "edges" of the phone still accessible even with a case on. Great design. Without a case the S7 Edge slips out of the user's hands like a slippery bar of soap. With the case, the user gets a sure grip.The buttons on the side of the phone give a satisfying tactile click. Great case.
