I love the protection it give if and when it is dropped. The problem that I have is the buttons are hard to push in. Sometime you have to push hard to turn the phone off or to turn the volume up or down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Within about two days of having it I have already noticed cracks, and my husband threw away on of my packaging it was in. I always keep an otter box on my cell, I was very excited about this clear one but I must say I am very disappointed with it.

I was excited about my new clear case but once i received it, i noticed right away that the buttons were not working correctly. The power and volume buttons do not seem to match up correctly and as hard as I try to push them nothing happens. I ended up taking off the case to be able to use the buttons again.
I only have my cover 2_3 weeks and they pink on the edges has already gone completely black. I had a otter box for my previous phone and loved it. They are amazing at protecting your phone but I am so unhappy with this one. It already looks like I had it years.

Case offers protection but buttons do not line up well at all. Hard to turn on and off and adjust volume. Pretty pricey shell. I'm disappointed in this purchase. Not what I've come to expect from Otterbox

Although we do our best to electronically display the most accurate depictions of our cases, unfortunately, sometimes certain things can get lost in translation, so to speak. Historically, the Symmetry case has never come with a built-in screen protector, but if your heart is set on this, we might suggest checking out the Defender series. The Defender does come with an integrated screen shield, as well as a few additional layers to ensure rugged protection.
