The machine has a varied few sounds that you can sleep to. The adaptive doesn't pick up traffic or bird noise (unfortunately) that's what wakes me but it helps blend them away somewhat. AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS it quite working as it was supposed to it would randomly shut off 10 min, 65 min, ect.. checked plug batteries ect. I suspect where it's made to save pennies inferior wire as usual. I figure overheating. Spent more $ thinking it would be better?? I'll exchange it hopefully one off but?

Stops working after so long

Had this for a month and found the perfect setting for my little one to sleep to, after using the sound for a while it just shuts off. So now we have to settle him with another sound. Seems like they all give out after using the sound for so long. Waste of money in my opinion. I’ll have to buy another one after all the sounds are played.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've followed reviews of products and they seem to lack all negative reviews, right after there posted which tells me you've been manipulating them. I as well as others had issues with this product specifically and all postings are gone! WHY? Plus the total review number keep going down?
