"Prtect" Signal locked

Hello, I bought this Soundbar 2 years ago, everything was ok so far, Last week I wanted to connect my computer with bluetooth as usual, and now when I unplugg for few minutes and re plug in its the same thing, i tried to push every button, put some air in the ventilator.. Nothing work, Please help

Hi, Johadj, You may isolate the issue by trying to connect different devices to this unit. If that works then it is possible that the issue is with your computer. Sony bar subwoofer won't pair

bought it couple of years ago, and constantly having problem connecting to my Sony TV
