My Chef's Choice Electric Knife Sharpener finally gave up after over 30 years. I noticed there were a bunch of new kinds of knife sharpeners out there, and less expensive, so I thought I'd give one a try. It was a miserable failure, so I tried a different one. I gave it to the Goodwill. Finally I gave in and got another Chef's Coice and I'm so happy!!!! Finally, I can slice through a ripe tomato without a mess! And it's so quiet, compared to the others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife sharpener worked great on both our nicer chopping knives and also the cheaper ones we have as well. It came with super detailed instructions which I am thankful for since at first glance it is a little intimidating, but after reading the instructions we had no problem using it. I love that it also does serrated knives as well which is not something I had seen in a knife sharpener and the instructions for sharpening those are detailed as well, but not difficult once you've read the instructions. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife had mentioned she was going to throw out all of our steak knives and buy all new since they had lost their sharpness over years of use. So I decided to give this Chef'sChoice Knife Sharpener a try and I'm very glad I did! As for ease of use, I can't give this product enough stars! The package arrived before I got home from work and by the time I arrived my wife was giddily sharpening every knife in the house! When it comes to new devices my wife almost always relies on me to get it setup and show her how to operate the tool. Not with this product! The knives are now also extremely sharp, I'd say better than when we originally purchased them! I'm extremely happy with this product and I'm sure you will be too!

Best Knife Sharpener

Ever since I have used this knife sharpener, my hands hurt less, and it been easier to sharpen the knife without having to do it hands on which takes more time, and more work. My life saver and my new go to chef model sharpener is amazing!

Sharpens Quick and Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instead of purchasing a new knife set, I thought I would try an electric sharpening tool instead. I am so glad I did because my knives still looked new just dull. The electric sharpener really made all my knives like new again. I have 2 sets of block knives with fine and serrated blades. It is easy to turn on and off and I was able to sharpen all 15 of them within minutes since the electric sharpening tool does most of the work. All you have to do is glide your knife a few times slowly through the tool. I wanted to test my knives on some steaks, other meats, and veggies. It was so much easier to prepare my meals because of my new sharp blades. I would say this is a great investment for my 2 knife sets and recommend it for you too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this on our old knives we got for our wedding 15 years ago! They came out way sharper! Easy to use. There are two sides and you can use serrated knives on one side. It doesn't take up much counter or cabinet space. It doesn't make any horrible sounds when using either.
