I t is a nice Knife set. Very Sharp. The knives have a hollow ground edge on them. A Cook or Chef would love these knives. I can’t stand dull knives. Watch you fingers!

Bought this set about a month ago based on reviews. I needed a new set to replace some we have had for a long time. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price for these. They are ok for the price I paid. They were sharp for a couple of uses and now I need to sharpen them. Maybe I just got a bad set.
