This chair is made to enforce good habits not for comfort. I love my chair because it does a few things for me: I get up more often
My posture is getting better, no more slouching
I can change sitting position with ease.
I was concerned about not having an armrest, especially with tennis elbow, but no issues so far and I’ve used it every day for 3 weeks now. I was also worried about it being very small once I put it together but it’s a really nice chair. If your working towards core strength and posture, get it.
