I used the BISSELL Oxy Boost Carpet Cleaning Formula Enhancer on my carpets hard spots. I have a 2 and 9 year old. I also have a puppy and I have to keep my carpets clean. It did what I was supposed to do. The stains came out.

I have extremely old carpet, like in the 18 year category and it wasn't high end carpet to begin with. I had just been using "deep cleaning" carpet cleaner trying my best to bring back some of the luster of the old carpet. While some of the stains eventually came up with just regular cleaner, the carpet just was left like it was before I cleaned it, except it smelled better for a little while. Now, insert Oxy Boost. I have a husband that doesn't exactly wipe his feet every time he comes in, a 1 1/2 year old lab and a 3 year old shih tzu, whom don't come in clean either. I've been fighting with the dark spot at my front door for a while now and had just determined it was never going to come out. But, after my first pass with Oxy Boost, it started coming up!! I couldn't believe it. And I swear if the fibers of my carpet don't feel better too. It feels like it's pulling up the matt of my carpet. It's been a week since I've cleaned the spot and my carpet still feels soft and is less matted looking than it would be without Oxy Boost. I'm trilled!

I have tried different spot cleaners for sugary drink spills in the carpets by the grandchildren--no good! I had black areas in the carpets that I was ready to try anything to clean them. I tried this product with skepticism since nothing else had worked. It took most of the stains out with the first cleaning, of course some areas took a little more work. It removed them. It has been a few weeks since I cleaned them and there is no bleed back of the stains. The rest of the carpets appeared brighter after cleaning them. Just ordered more to have handy for the next time I need to clean carpets. Am totally amazed!
