Great little trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun Exact Series ear and nose trimmer is super lightweight and easy to use. Runs off of a single AA battery (provided) so there's no need to charge it ever! It trims nicely, without pulling out the hairs and is very quiet. It's really easy to clean and store, as it is only about 5 inches tall and comes with a cap to protect the trimmer head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first receive the package I was impressed on how heavy it felt. I can say honestly I thought it would be lighter. In my opinion heavier is better, this means if I drop it, it won't break as easy. when I opened the package, I would have to say I was NOT happy with the shape. It resembles that of a womans toy. as far as functionality, it does the job. I had nose hair before I used it, and after I used it I do not have nose hair. It did not tug or pull out any hairs however; the blades felt very flimsy when cleaning it out. As far as the product, it gets the job done, however; the shape should be worked on, the blades should be reinforced, and maybe equip it with a rechargeable battery and plug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the EN 10 Ear & Nose Trimmer free by courtesy of Braun. Admittedly, I was skeptical since I owned something similar many years ago that pulled hairs more than it trimmed them. Firstly, the size of this unit is great and fits comfortably and perfectly in hand. I winced slightly as I put it in my nostril awaiting certain pulling, but it performed perfectly and effectively! The experience was a good one free of any discomfort. Any concerns I initially had quickly went away once I saw and felt how well it worked. I have to add that it runs much quieter than I had expected too! Thank you to the fine folks at Braun for the opportunity to try your product, I would absolutely recommend it!

A new love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to get my new Braun nose and hair trimmer as mine literally just died. These are one of those types of fathers days gifts you usually get and mine came last night and used it right away those morning. Let's just say this is more user friendly than my old one and seems to do a better job. So far I am very pleased. It is easy to clean and the tip comes off so the inside is able to be clean as well. Best of all it can be run under the water. I'll keep you updated.

the only trimmer you'll ever need

Great little trimmer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great little trimmer, to quickly trim the nose hair, and unfortunately the few ear hairs cropping up! My skin can be pretty sensitive when it comes to grooming in that region, for this reason I usually stick to a pair of barbers scissors. Other electric products I've tried in the past either pull the hair (which any guy will tell you stings like the dickens) or doesn't properly trim all the hair away, without having to either be a contortionist, or feel like your jamming a can of something or other up your nose.
The product was packaged well, maybe a little to well ,it was a little difficult to open and required some heavy shears to cut through the plastic. Once open however, it was very easy to install the battery, one AA battery which is included. Including the battery is a nice touch, it seems rare these days. Take the cap off switch it on and begin trimming.....ran the cutting head around each nostril several times and within a matter of seconds my nose was more than adequately trimmed! No Pulling or tugging, no ripping of hair out of my nose and no missed hairs. the shape of the trimming head makes it easy, comfortable, quick and well trimmed. No missed hairs in the nose at all!
So on to the ears , unfortunately at the ripe old age of 39, I've noticed a few unruly hairs (much to my dismay) emanating from my ears ...again I ran the little trimmer around the curvature of the ear, the shape of the trimming head making it quite easy and comfortable, and again the few hairs from the inside of my ear are gone with no rips, rips pulls, or tears ....Now we come to why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I had a few stubborn hairs on the outside of the earlobe, the machine trimmed them down to about an 1/8 inch, still noticeable....While with everything else it did a fine job of taking down to an almost unnoticeable shave. Now it could have just been the position of the hair, or the shape of my earlobes, but I did have to make several passes with the trimmer at several different angles to finally get the hairs trimmed all the way down.
In conclusion, I am very happy with this trimmer....Aside from the odd hairs on the outer ear, it works extremely well, no pulling or ripping of hairs, very comfortable ,trims to a more than adequate level and I am happy to add this trimmer to my regular grooming routine. I recommend it very highly for its ease of use, and quick work. It also seems to be very well constructed, it doesn't feel flimsy or fragile .
