New Braun Precision Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my new trimmer free from Braun and as someone who hates to shave I am stoked to have a new tool that easily keeps my beard neat and clean. This product has two great combs to keep your beard at different lengths and a great stand to keep it out of the way on your bathroom sink.

I am glad to use this amazing trimmer for free from Braun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works fantastic I am Portuguese and I have very bushy eyebrows so my wife helps me to trim them it also helps 2 shave the back of my neck and make an even line I would recommend this to everybody I know especially the ones with beards I will be using this product until it dies and then I will go out and buy a new one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love this trimmer so far so good, braun sent me this totally free precision trimmer pt5010 last month and ive been using it ever since . it has a small Ideal look perfect for traveling, it comes with 2 trimming combs that provide flexible trimming. An extra small for trimming the head is washable and the combs can be easily cleaned under running water which is perfect also Includes a Duracell AAA battery for up to 120 minutes of trimming time. also brings a stand for the trimmer so stylish lloking in my bathroom so far ive used this for my beard & eyebrows nad mustache does the job reall good very precissed trimming good job braun in love with this product.

The 5mm and 8mm combs do not trim the beard.

The 5mm and 8mm comb do not work. The blades do not trim the beard when using with the 5mm and 8mm combs. It works fine without using the combs. Do not expect to trim your beard. Only useful in giving a precise look. Do not buy this product. No issues with the design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do suggest changing the batteries in it as they might need to be replaced. Also, ensure you are trimming against the natural direction of your facial hair (against the grain) as well as keeping your trimmer properly cleaned. Not up to Braun's standards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Braun Precision Trimmer PT5010 free from Braun in exchange for my honest opinion. Usually when you buy a Braun product, you know that you are getting a quality product that will last you a long time and give you a close and quiet shave. However, the PT5010 has none of these traits.
Includes
1. Two combs, one for short beards and the other for long beards.
2. A stand.
3. A cap to cover the head of the trimmer.
4. A Duracell AAA battery that can last up to 120 minutes for trimming time.

1. It is the same size as a pen and is very portable.
2. You don't have to worry about charging cords, since it uses one AAA battery.

I had to twist the trimmer's head and get it to work again.
5. It is made of cheap plastic and feels like it will break very easily, especially the trimmer head.
6. The angle of the trimmer head makes it difficult to hold with your left hand to trim the right side of your face.
7. There is no carrying case to hold everything, so the combs can be misplaced very easily.
8. For a precision trimmer, it was not very precise at all. It did not give a close shave.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Braun Precision Trimmer PT5010. My main problems with the trimmer was pulling on my beard and not working when I try to turn it on. I was really looking forward to trying this trimmer, but it just let me down.

Excellent Detailing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this trimmer from Braun, at first I was skeptical about using something other than my WHAL trimmer, that my barber had gotten me hooked on. Needless to say, I am so happy I gave the Braun trimmer a chance. Just as the marketing on the box says, "The perfect look is all about precision" Being as picky as I am, I like my facial hair to be just as groomed as I am. The 2 attachments are great, the longer one I used for my beard and the shorter one or my moustache. Both delivered the well groomed results I was looking for. Removing both attachments and using the fine trimmer was great for shaping and a big plus for those little hairs that most of us get on our ears. Unlike my WHAL trimmer, when using the Braun trimmer with no extension attached to shape and get those annoying ear hair cut, I did not get one nick which is fantastic. Even my barber is impressed and 2 of my friends have already purchased this trimmer being that I highly recommended it and the shaping job I was able to do. Great product, I will not go back to my WHAL again. The Braun trimmer is so low maintenance it's great. The only thing I would recommend to Braun is add to the stand some slots to hold the extensions, and a little tube of trimmer lubricant wouldn't hurt for those who may not already have some.
