A REALLY GREAT HAIR CLIPPER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not wait to use the BRAUN hair clipper HC5090. It was a quick charge,just as advertised.
The blades are extremely sharp and I am sure that they will be long lasting.I started with the 3-24mm
short hair comb for my beard. it worked great and when you set the setting length it has a memory safety lock which keeps it cutting at this length until you need a different length. I then used the long hair clipper for my head.The 14-35mm comb is just perfect for your hair. It comes with great accessories like the charging stand,the travel bag, the cleaning brush and the oil bottle. I think the feature I like the most is the fact that the WHOLE unit is fully washable for easy cleaning.

I have had numerous clippers from competitive brands but these wireless, rechargeable hair clippers are a must for any man that desires a well kept head and/or beard.

Good, Easy and Simple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the HC5090 Clipper free from Braun for a review. The product's arrived allot quicker then expected. The packaging was well put together and easy to open, as it should be. The packaging involves Braun Hair Clipper, Beard trimming attachment, Long hair trimming attachment, AC charger, Charging base station, Blade lubricating oil, and a Small brush. The battier life is really good and the trimming attachments are ok but could be better with an upgrade. The height adjustment is a brilliant feature, with the push tab slider mechanism to adjust the height, and it won't budge as long as you keep your thumb off the button. The cut was very clean, found that out after i used it on my beard and also for shape up. The only big complain i have would be that the clipper can be hard to clean with hair getting inside the device. overall it was a good product, with great packaging, and very simple and easy to use. If you need something to got the job done and don't mind the extra cleaning then this is the Clipper for you.

The clipper worked great and was easy to use. I really liked that it charged fast and was cordless. The clipper trimmed my hair neatly and did not pull and tug at my hair. Not only did I use the clipper but I also used it to trim up some of the long hair on my dog. The clipper is not very noisy and did not bother my pet. The clipper cleaned up great under running water.

Great razor for a great hair cut

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Razor worked really well, shave was smooth and clean, only needed to go over each area once, length settings are good and easy to switch between. Took 60 minutes to get a full charge. Charge lasted through the hair cut. Easy to clean the hair out of the blades and off of the clippers. Tried it on my nephew, and he liked it so much he doesn't want to give it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In exchange for my honest review for Braun, I received the Braun Hair Clipper HC5090 for absolutely free! This set of clippers work wonderfully for me, and with only two trimmer clips and memory lock feature, its a no hassle process to cut my hair. The wireless option makes it even easier and the charge is fast. It seems powerful enough as well, my hair is rather thick and it didn't "bog down" once. The clippers worked well with facial hair as well, so well in fact that I'm now looking at Brauns' breard trimmers as well. The only issue I have with this product is that the bag the clippers come with to store them and the accessories is too small to hold all the items that came with it. Other than that I have no issues and it is a great product, thanks Braun!

Pretty good overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When using this hair trimmer I noticed the sharpness of the blades right away. It glide through your hair like no other trimmer I've used. I received the product free from Braun, the manufacturer of the product. I had showed my mom(a cosmetologist) as she works in great clips. She had said Braun is a very good company to get hair products from. I would for sure buy any Braun product in the future and tell me friends and people about how great their products are.

Great Cordless Hair Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Braun hair clipper does its job very well. The two length attachments have the cut length listed on the side of the attachment, lined up so that when you slide the length adjuster, an arrow points to exactly how long the cut will be. This is so much nicer than digging through a bag of attachments to find the length you need. The length locking mechanism held strong and I never worried about the length suddenly dropping and ruining a haircut (this has happened to me with other trimmers in the past!).
Another pro to this hair clipper is the ability to use it both unplugged as well as when it is plugged in. I've had other grooming products that are only meant to be charged while plugged in, and you have to wait for it to charge instead of being able to plug it in and use it. This trimmer stands out in that aspect.
This trimmer is portable and lightweight, yet still felt durable in my hand. It's not quite as hefty as a dedicated wall-plug trimmer (which adds to this unit's portability), but I never felt it struggle or lag at all, even while trimming thick hair. This trimmer is also water resistant, and it was great being able to rinse it quickly with water to clean it.
With the length attachments removed, you can use just the bare blades to get a nice, close cut, without irritating the skin. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product. I received this hair clipper free from Braun in exchange for an honest review.
