[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, epilators are scary, and at first painful, but it's all worth it at the end. The noise these little machines make amaze me every time. But don't worry it's just that, noise.
Before receiving Braun Epi Silk 7 7-521 as a promotion from the company, I had already owned a previous Braun Epilator which at the time I thought was great. But after using the Epi Silk 7 I notice that It's no only a lot more gentle but the caps are also really flexible, which makes a world of a difference as this allows the epilator to pull out even the thinist and shortest hairs. I am extremely happy, this product did just what it promised which was to leave me with soft, hairless skin.
Let me just say, my armpits have never been smoother.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I will continue to try this epilator until I get used to it. I'm still not used to using electric epilators and do get a tad bit scare when I go in to use it. I hurt easily but I did notice that the times I've used this product, I've had to shave a lot less often and that's always a plus. Saves me a lot more time and faster to get it done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that my campaign is almost ending I have a more clear decision and I really think this is no a product I could use in the future, I am not comfortable using this technique I rather shave or use a hair removal cream. I came up with this decision because epilators are very painful, the first time I used it I kind of like it but the next time I got my skin really irritated and looking like chicken skin, it hurt a lot and I got really scared that's not normal and I wouldn't like to go through this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried everything to make it hut less and it feels like I'm being zapped with lightning! I'v tried hot baths, shorter hair, tylenol, and even alcohol and it hurts! It's also rather loud, but mostly it hurts!
If youâre very sensitive to pain it offers two settings for hair removal one that provides a more gentle process while the other is more effective but provides a bit more discomfort. If youâre still not convinced by that statement then I will describe the gentle setting as a soft continuous pinching feeling as you use it over your skin. Itâs not the best feeling ever, but itâs very tolerable and wonât leave you crying out in pain. The first few times will provide some discomfort, but as you continue using it you become more tolerant to the sensation.
For an effective hair removal process you need to go very slowly while not digging it into the skin, you just lightly run it over the area you wish to remove hair from and it practically does the work for you. The epilator also provides a built in light so that youâre able to spot any hair you might have missed otherwise.
All in all it was not a horrible experience and I believe that Iâll be using it very often on my legs. I do fear the underarms and bikini area are much too sensitive for this to be used on them unless you have a very high pain tolerance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the Braun Silk epil 7 a few times I have to say that i like the fact that its a lot faster and easier to use than my old one that is a few years old, the battery runs out after maybe thirty minutes if fully charged, the Braun silk epil 7 should last abut 45 minutes after fully charged, now if you are in a hurry this is the one to try , its quick and easy. I like the fact that you can replace the internal battery of the Braun Silk epil 7 when it dies out that way you'll give your product a longer life, I have not gotten pinch by it yet which is a good think the little clear plastic bristles thingies kind of help a little :), i don't think I'm gonna get it wet, i personally think it will last me longer if i don't , so i can't give my input about that i never wet my old one and still works after several years.
