[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this epilator for 2 weeks now and it's one of the best things I owned. Before this one I got to try another brand (Pursonics) and I was completely disappointed by epilator; it run out of battery after 15 mins use, took forever to charge, and i jad to use it on the same spot around 5 times, ans still woulsnt grab the very short hair. Gladly I received this product as a promotion from BzzAgent and after using Braun Silk-epil 7 my old epialtor went straight to the garbabe. This epilator will efficiently pull hair without having to apply it on the same zone multiple times. It will hold charge for a good while and the best feature is that you can use it while taking a shower (it hurts a lot less that way). I use this at least 2 times a week because my hair grows fast, by now I'm pretty much use to the little pain. I mainly use it on my legs, armpits, arms and bikini zone. This is pretty much my best friend! My husband appreciates the smooth legs too!

Not as bad as I thought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So at first, I thought this item was to punish me for all the bad things I've ever done because I was not ready for the pain. I instantly looked up "how to epilate properly" articles online to make sure I wasn't accidentally ripping out my skin. Once I read online it was going to hurt the most when you first try this product, it put my mind more at ease to accurately use the epilator. I managed to get through the pain of the first time and put on lotion after the process was done. Make sure to go slow with this product or else you will have to go back and redo sections. The whole process takes quite some time, and since it was my first time, it took close to an hour. I have only tried the epilator on my legs and HAVE NOT used it under my arms or on my bikini area because to be honest, i'm a little afraid. This is a wet/dry epilator so you can use it in the shower. The wet feature is fantastic because it hurts less with warm water because it helps open the pores on your legs. Make you you exfoliate first and then try it in a warm shower first to get the hang of it. I wish it had come with more interchangeable heads to try other areas, but I'll probably end up buying the heads to test them out. I will definitely use this for future hair removal. Do your research before you buy your epilator to see which one is right for you.

My first epilator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think, this product is so cool. First off when i got it out of the box i saw how pretty it was designed, its glittery and pink.I have a plus because comes with 2 extra accessories, as well as a little cleaning brush and storing bag. Im not going to lie, I was a little intimidated when i turned it on, it was pretty fast and loud. I love this product and absolutely will continue to use it.I go at least a week or 2 without shaving. Other then that my legs look great and I am so excited to try it on a different part of my body. This product really is a must try!!!
Well I will tell you the different experiences that I have had with this epilator.
Arms: Oh my dear God, it hurts a lot. LOL. After a couple of tries I endured a little bit long until I did it completely. My skin is extremely sensitive and I started to develop tiny red bumps that lasted until the other day at night. After this, the bumps developed a little bit of pus and now they dry off. In my arms most of the hairs were not completely pulled off, I do not know if it is because the hair is so thin. It was more like if they were cut. So I did not get a close shave. Still the hair growth is slower than the non-shaved, nor epilated hand. Obviously I will give it another try. But my first experience in my hands was a bad one for me.
Legs: With the previous hand experience I decided to buy some topical anesthetic (my pain tolerance is on the floor), and I found some wipes with Benzocaine 6%. It still hurt a lot but I could tolerate to do the whole leg in one sitJ. In my legs the hair is a little thicker since I have been shaving most of my life. So in some hairs shaft there was a little blood drop. I did not developed rash like in my arms but each hair pore stayed red for couple of days. The red dots disappear and my leg is still hairless. So, even when the epilation process is an unpleasant one, I will definitely keep using it since the shave is so lastly that it is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love it, I'm using it every time i see a hair sticking up, no hair is welcome in my body, is quick, and almost painless the more you use it the less pain you feel. Battery life is good, I charged it on Sunday and a week later i have not had to charge it again, of course I'm using it almost everyday but for a short period of time. Even my husband agreed to let me use it on him, because of the fast speed is less pain and no pinching of skin. I can't wait to be in a warm place so i can show off my hair free legs.

Too Hairy to think about

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a hair pulling experience. It will take the hair out and you won't have to do it again for a while. Two weeks in and I'm still hairless. It works pretty well on legs but it you have to go over the same area repeatedly and it has trouble with backs of legs or any place that dips or curves. Not so great on other parts of body like underarms and it hurts like you don't believe. Read the instructions carefully because they are confusing and takes awhile to get through. My skin didn't get red or irritated after I was done but definitely moisturize as soon as you're done because your skin does smart a bit. Go online to pinterest or youtube to get some advice to alleviate the pain or a better shave. Trust me, this helps a lot more than the instructions that are included.

Not your mother's epilady!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was first introduced to Epilady by my mother. It literally pulled hair from the root, it was painful, and almost intolerable. I was not enjoying my experience and ran back to my razor, to say the least.
I had no idea a reinvented, beautiful, and new Braun Silk epil 7 existed, until it fatefully fell in my mailbox one day. What a different experience! Hair removal has never been more comfortable, gentle, and easy! I have permanently ditched waxing, razors, and I certainly don't ever need to spend money on lasers! Braun has made me happy to go back to a classic!
