The battery was dying out and it was causing me more pain because it would snatch the hair but not remove it so I had Toledo going over the same spot. I started researching the newer versions and came across this awesome device. I couldnt wait to receive it! I set it up, charged it till the light wasn't blinking anymore. One swipe across my arm and all the hair was gone. I couldn't believe the difference. The massager beads on the top helped a little with the pain. It's still painful but not as painful as my previous epilady. I do my arms and legs with it. The extra attachments are great for smaller areas. I have not tried it in the shower because I like to see the hair better when it's dry for a better outcome. The light is an extra great feature. Allows me to see the smaller fine hairs better. I love it so much!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it yesterday and today. It was initially painful but once I got used to it it wasn't so bad except in sensitive areas. I've only done my legs so far. It missed areas my the shin I believe it's due to the natural curve of the bone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little confused with the different attachments as it wasn't really clear in the instructions. Make sure you figure out what everything is for as I didn't use the razor for my first try!
Once I figured it out I was off and running. This is a great product. I used it on my face, underarms and legs and the hair growth was minimal after one week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to learn that i will be participating in the Braun Silk-epil 7 campaign. Basically, I get to try the product for free in exchange for an honest review. I have been using Braun products for hair removal last 20 years. My first Braun was Silk-epil. I liked it but it was painful. Afterwards I was introduced to the shaver, which was a lot better since it didn't have to be charged. It was convenient and painless. So when the box with Braun Silk-epil 7 finally arrived, at first I was a little overwhelmed with all the different pieces. To make the things worse, I had to charge it for an hour before I got to use it . Having 3 children under 5, this was not the most convenient option.
However, if you are willing to give it a try, this is the best epilator I ever owned. The epilator was as painless as it could be. Just make sure your hair is short.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This epilator is not everything I expected it to be. I've owned a Braun epilator for more than 7 years, I use it several times a month. It seemed like a good time for an upgrade. This new epilator has great features, pivoting head makes it way easier to maneuver vs other epilators. Ergonomic shape that makes it easier to hold. Speed! Which I think is the problem. The slow setting is fast and the fast setting is really fast, less than half the time required using other epilators. However, because my hair -from legs and underarms- is thin, then this epilator didn't pull the hair out, it cut it out. The immediate result was not silky smooth skin like I remember after using an epilator for the first time 7+ years ago. But it was even worse after a week when i confirmed that my hair was growing thicker than ever. So yeah, this epilator is fast, it might be better for thicker hair to be pulled out and get better results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used right out of the box tonight. The motor is strong and I like the way they set up the on and off switch. Easy to hold. Attachments are a plus to use for every body part. You have to have some length in your hair to get a good shave. It help if you exfoliate too! The more you use it, the less often you need to shave. The light is fantastic!

I am in LOVE with the Braun Silk épil 7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with the Braun Silk épil 7! Let me start by saying I detest body hair. I know thy a lot of people don't like to shave, but, no, I seriously hate body hair. Before trying this product, I was shaving my legs and bikini line every other day and under my arms EVERY day! Depositories are dull of harmful, cancer causing chemicals and often irritated my sensitive skin and waxing was not any better, often leaving me with tender, rashy skin.
I was hesitant to stop shaving , for a few days, in order to be able to try the Braun Silk épil 7, but, thank goodness I did! I will never use a razor, wax or chemical to remove my unwanted hair.
The vibration of the device actually partially numbs the skin. The first time i used the Braun Silk épil 7, I would describe the discomfort more as irritating than painful. Every time thereafter was less uncomfortable.
The hair regrowth was definitely lighter and finer. I would definitely recommend exfoliating the day before and the day after. Although they were few, I did experience a few ingrown hairs but gently exfoliating got rid of them.
Again, I love the Braun Silk épil 7. It has replaced my razor for good !
