very pretty for a torture device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I have used an epilator before, I don't remember it hurting so bad! However it gets better after a few uses. Do your research on how to epilate for tips and tricks.
The epilator itself is very pretty, it is sparkly which I instantly noticed. This model comes with 2 different heads. The instructions were not very clear on which head was which but they both work. After figuring out which one was appropriate for use I began my torture. I used the epilator dry on my legs and upper lip. My hair was not long but the epilator was able to pull the hair out with ease. My legs were smooth for several days as opposed to shaving.
Overall this is a good epilator and I will be using it again.

The Pain Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was raving about this product to everyone that I talked to saying how super excited I was to be receiving this product for free and how smooth my legs were going to be. Well I finally received the box and I tried it out and I HATE this product. It feel like the machine was zapping my leg. I did some research to see if I was doing it wrong and some people said they even went as far as to take pills to numb the pain. I'm not a masochist so I give this machine a thumbs down.

Silk-épil 7 7-521 Hair Epilator

But honestly i don't know if my skin is really sensitive but the Silk-épil 7 7-521 Hair Epilator really hurts , i have tried it twice and i have to think so much about using it because wet or dry skin it hurts the same.

Simply amazing

The only thing wrong I can say about this machine is some times make my skin feeling itching but I really fall in love with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the first time I tested out this product it hurt so I let the hair grow out then tried it in the shower. It hurts but its less painful when in the shower or when the skin is wet.

I have heard that epilating is really painful so i was a little scared about trying out this product. When the product first arrived the first thing was reading the pamphlet. The pamphlet helped me understand how to use the Braun Aquila Silk-épil 7. After i charged the the epilator and i began epilating im not going to lie it hurt a lot but i was anticipating the pain because i knew that the pain was going to be really painful. Overall im really excited about this product. I'm really sure that after I use this product over time i'm going to become resistant to the pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how my legs feel after using my silk epil for the first time! I barely received this yesterday and couldn't wait to try it! There will be some pain at first but nothing I couldn't handle. So make sure you take baby steps. Tested out a bit and once you get comfortable your skin will get use to it. I must say I am very pleased on how smooth my legs feels, I have thick hair so it was great to see how easy it was to get rid of. I made sure to exfoliate! So far thumbs up!

In the shower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to give the Braun Silk-épil 7 epilator a chance in the shower. My first time usig an epilator in the shower. I used the 1b head cap. For some reason it pulled out more hairs when wet than dry. The only issue when using it in the shower is that it doesn't glide on smoothly. I think the 1b cap is better than the 1a massage cap. The 1b cap has little sharp teeth that really make any flat hairs stand so they can be pulled out. Am still very disappointed that I only received 2 head caps because am not able to epilate any other part of my body except the legs because the small teeth from 1b cap really irritates my skin and 1a cap is not as good. Overall am very happy with Braun Silk-épil 7, would definitely recommend.
