I was surprised when it cleaned my kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and the tile entryway without having to refill it. Spots on the floor that my Shark never cleaned were an easy task for this little gem. I love this steam mop!

This was ok but not what I'd hoped for. The reason I was willing to pay more for water is I wanted that clean fresh smell after steaming my floors. I didn't get that. Felt I could have done just as well using and paying for plain distilled water.
