I have owned a Bissell Floor Steamer for more than five (5) years. Last year I bought a second floor steamer because of the up-dated shape of the head of new steamers on the market. I use the older steamer to clean my bathrooms and the newer model to do the kitchen, dinette area and the master suite. I very much appreciate the Spring Breeze Demineralized Water I purchase from you. The water where I live is very hard. Purchasing this product from Bissell allows me to keep my steamers operating at maximum steam. An added bonus is that my entire house smells clean and fresh when I finish.

Truthfully I am disappointed in the demineralized waters (I have Spring Breeze & Citrus). They work well in my Lift Off Steam Mop, but the fragrance only lasts as long as the machine is in use. Once the area is dry, fragrance is gone! Not what I expected! Might as well just use plain distilled water! For the price, I expected a lot more than what I got. Recommend Bissell either strengthen the fragrance or sell a super strong concentrate to add to distilled water.
