[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After buying a charger for one of the hand held carpet cleaners I was suggested this cleaning formula. Without further reading (It does not say in title it must be used on the upright machines only) I ordered it. Well once recieved I noted that it was for only upright machines. Then came the shocker I CANNOT RETURN IT DUE TO IT BEING A CHEMICAL. So now I am our 20 dlls and stuck with something I cannot use or return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
