I loved my Crosswave but after a year it just stopped. Contacted Bissel and they sent me out a replacement free! Very happy with customer service. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is, the replacement model wasn't the same. Works great...I'm happy.

Hi Karen - our formulas do not contain any bleaches or optical brighteners. Depending on the stain, it is possible the stain changed the color of your carpet, for instance pet vomit can alter the color of carpeting. Please give us a call and we can look into this further for you, 1-800-237-7691.
