[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Follow instructions closely. Maintain suggested proportions of cleaner to water and do not over soak carpet. Little moisture goes along way so it's better to go over the same spot several times without over wetting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a 2007G Revolution pet pro and needed a cleaning formula to use on two area rugs (Braided) 1-7ftx6" and 1-12ftx7ft7" so we went on line to Bissell and found this product we preceded to set the machine for Express cleaning mode and when completed the water was like mud these carpets are cleaned every week with a good brand vac. ( so this tells you if it works)

This smells good but it didn't get my rug clean like I hoped. I really just wanted the light cream colored spots on my area rug to be clean again. This did nothing to remove the dingy color they'd become. The water was murky after, so I know it cleaned the rug to some degree. But it's still doesn't LOOK clean like I hoped.
