"#sweepstake" I bought this in reserve, and I still haven't run out of the vials that came with the machine. I chose this cleaning agent because I saw in the product description that it can clean deep and heavy oil stains. In this way, there are many dirty stains in your home, and you don't need to worry about them. I believe it can be solved perfectly. What's more, it doesn't contain any heavy metals, phosphates, or excitatory, so it's earth friendly with biodegradable determents-and-incidentals. This is not only beneficial to the development of the environment, it will also be more comfortable to use, especially for children and pets to use items for disinfection. In a word, I like it!

with all these reviews, it must be a great product. I cant find directions on website for product. another reason to buy it, so you can read the instructions.

Good point Donny. It gives detailed directions for use, but you can use it with most any carpet shampooer or deep cleaner. It just depends on the machine you have. Let us know if you have any specific questions.
