[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. The design of BISSELL right on time from the length of the handle to the width of the steam mop. Just perfect to move around the furniture to the spots you want/need to clean or big enough to clean the whole room. Press the button and you are up to steam in just a few. Press the steam button and mop over the area you want to clean. Press the vacuum button and any materials or pet hair is swept up in the convenient debris chamber. The steam isn't overwhelming just right and after a couple of passes who knew there was a spot there. The eucalyptus scented demilitarized water is all you need. Remember the steam. No need for harsh chemicals and the smell. Just steam, mop and vacuum.

A wonderful product! So pleased with my new steam mop and this cleaner. I know that my floors have never been cleaner, and it leaves a light pleasant scent afterwards. Glad to have replaced the mop bucket with this fine cleaning product! Thank you..... :)

I have 4 dogs, average weight 125lbs. 2 are 9 month old pups, Mastiffs at 130 lbs each. My floors are a constant mess. This product really leaves a pleasant fragrance. Certainly better than dog.
