[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works just fine with distilled water, but when I use the steam mop with the citrus scent, it raises clean to a higher lever. The house smells amazing and it is clean!

Terrible for steam mops

This product was a mistake to buy. No scent was noticed and it clogged my steam mop. I never had trouble with my steam mop until I used this product. Now it is not working and I have tried cleaning the tip as per the user guide. Horrible waste of money.
