Bogus product

I have been using lg modisc frm beginning of my system. The drive was the same that didn't last for 1 whole year & again I've purchased 1 more LG modisc super multi drive but this is also not working at all. I am embarrassed with the quality of the product. A such a faulty product frm LG is not admissible

No complaints so far with this drive....seems to read well. Have not used it to write yet as I have only had it for a couple of weeks. The only minor complaint is that it is somewhat noisy ...more so than other drives I have owned but that really is a minor issue for me. I hope it proves to be a reliable product.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings

Bad decision

This drive takes longer then normal to recognize disks. I have lost a lot of DVDs to this monster. The bios on my computer hang allot on this drive. My computer won't boot if there is media in the tray.
Pros: Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installation was simple, driver was in Windows 7 and in about 10 minutes I was writing DVD's. My first experience with LightScribe, but also a piece of cake. Great product!

I've put an LG DVD R/W SATA burner in the last two desktops that I built and have had zero problems. They install very easily and I like the plain black panel that blends in perfectly with the front of the cases.
