Dope headphones

I purchased these headphones to use mostly while working (I work in technology) and gaming. These are such a fantastic buy. They look great, function better than their competitors, and are very affordable. Coincidentally I had just purchased more expensive Bose headphones for my father's birthday. He had a chance to use my headphones and immediately wanted to return the Bose headphones.
I am a firm believer of continuous improvement so I will leave some constructive feedback. Whenever I field a call with the JLab headphones the person I speak to lets me know that the microphone sounds very muffled and weak. I guess you cant be perfect.
Keep up the good work JLab!

Really nice headphones with flakey batteries

I really love the headphones. They've delivered good quality sound at work, they pair easily and in most respects they've been a nice product. Because of that, I bought a pair of wireless earbuds, which have been a good purchase, as well.
However, the first pair of the over-ear headphones suddenly stopped holding a charge after two months (plug them in overnight, and within 60 seconds after unplugging, they start announcing "Low Battery"). JLab replace them with a new pair. These have worked for 13 months, and then too suddenly stopped holding a charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, Pretty Solid!

I bought these headphones brand new about 5 months ago, and I have very few problems with them. They sound good, get loud, and they have an optional aux port, in case the battery dies. One problem that I have is that the light on the control dial on the right side, is very dim, so it can be difficult to tell if they're charing. Also, Micro USB is just annoying in 2019, I have to bring a second charger with me on long trips because I cant use my phone's USBC charger. 15 Hour battery life is also a stretch, I usually get about 10 hours before their AI voice repeatedly tells me "LOW BATTERY." The microphone is also really bad, multiple people have told me that I sound like I'm underwater during our conversations. These are very minor issues that I've learned to deal with, but they could be more substantial issues for others. I also have to mention how comfortable they are, I can easily wear them for hours at a time. The function for adjusting the ears to accommodate different head sizes is also well implemented, works perfectly with satisfying clicks along the sliding mechanism for both sides of the headphones. I would recommend them to anyone with a limited budget.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Sound.. build quality needs a little improvement

I received my new headphones yesterday. Very comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. However, the right side which houses the controls feels very flimsy. The little knob that is used to turn the volume up/down is very loose and when i move my head i can hear the plastic moving. I think the headphones are great for the price point but its still a pretty good price to pay for these headphones. I'm not sure if it's only my headphones that have this issue or if JLab built all of them like this.

sound is great

The sound is bass rich and I love it. the passive noise reduction is well , and I can use the head phone for long time with my glasses on , other head phone tend to pinch my ear against the glasses holders rods which start to heart after about 30-40 minutes.
The build quality need a little work. when I first open the box I noticed that the end covers of the ear pieaces (speakers) where the folding of the head phone meet and touch have little scratches on the cover, exactly above the connectors of the battery and audio cable. not something that can be removed, and it affect the over all look of the device. I think this is bad design and should be fixed , Jlab .
My friend just tried them and immediately decided to buy one as well.

Best Headphones I've EVER Owned

I was quite surprised by the sound quality delivered by these headphones. All I wanted was a decent pair of bluetooth over the ear headphones, and these omni headphones delivered that and more. The sound is very clear, even at higher volumes, and the bass is quite nice. The fact that they're light weight and comfy just adds to the value. The battery life is also just as good as advertised. I usually listen to music for a few hours a day and these will easily last for about 3-4 days before I have to charge them. Even then, I don't have to wait very long before they're fully charged. 30-45 minutes of charging and they're good to go via USB, which is really really surprising.

Awesome headphone

Sound is super clean and clear.
Leather covers make it very comfortable.
Bluetooth is very convenient as I switch from my iPhone to iPad quite often.

Needs to be improved:
Control button is a little loose.
Cover needs to be more tightly fastened.
Microphone can be louder because when I use it for a phone call, people told me my voice is not loud enough.

All in all, this is a super nice product. I highly recommend it. I bought 3 for myself and my friends. We are all happy with it.

Perfect

I want shopping for a new pair of head phones for myself, and had only been looking to get a pair of Bluetooth ear buds for my boyfriend, but when that purchase gave me a discount on this set, I figured I'd go for it. My boyfriend has always had great things to say about JLab, and I figured it was worth a try.
They did not disappoint.
I have a Bluetooth speaker at home with as shoddy connection and ok sound quality, so I wasn't sure what to expect, and had grown complacent with sub par sound. The Omni set is sick. The build is gorgeous, the color is great (black pearl) and I love that it came with its own case. Easy to use, simple design, and amazing sound and connection.
10/10 will be shopping with JLab again.
