Great sound, but fragile would maybe recommend

I got these headphones about nine months ago, and everything was great until around the sixth month, a small plastic piece that held the headphones broken leaving unusable until I found a replacement part from an older pair of jlab headphone, but even though that part was in perfect condition is lasted around three months before it to cracked. The wiring is also an issue, and this is the reason I stopped using the previous pair of jlab headphones as well. The older it got the audio in both ears would short out and I would unplug and them replug into the audio jack. This carried on until the sound in the ear that the wire is connected to stopped working completely.

Great Head Phones That Fall A Little Short

Got these at Wall Mart yesterday, and the sound on them is great, I've been looking for a pair with a Mic too, so that's a plus, I always prefer wired over Bluetooth, since I don't have to go out, and buy batteries for the things to work whenever I want to use them while working on my projects, but there's one major gripe I have, and it's the day I got these I noticed that the sound quality went down, unless I move the wire a certain way at the stress point on the Auc Cable, I suppose it's not too big of a deal, but I'd still have them sound that way, since it sounds better, which is why I'm giving these a 4 out of 5, since as far as I'm concerned, this is an issue with build quality, and should be fixed.

Sound muffled

The sound is muffled. But, they are quite comfortable. Other JLab products are awesome, but this is pretty bad

Perfect Fit

My son needed a pair of headphones for school. This product was the perfect fit and he loves them - he says they're super comfortable and they block out outside noises well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For a long time, I've been stuck with cheap earphones with buds in them, and they're in those square plastic containers with cords to wrap around, then when I got these new headphones as a birthday gift, I questioned their color (purple and gray), so I stuck with those cheap earphones until one side of the earphones stopped working and that's when I moved onto the NEON on-ear headphones, and I started playing a couple songs from Nickelback, The Weeknd, Roxy Music, and Jason Aldean. I took off my earphones with my eyes wide open in amazement on how high definition as the music hugs your soul as you listen with these earphones - these are the hands-down best headphones I've ever gotten for such an amazing price. JLABaudio you are a diamond in the rough that I am glad I have with me!

Perfect for school and home!

We now have 3 pairs of these! They are perfect to send to school for iPad time and our road trip savior so the kids can use their devices and not disturb the driver. We have purchased similar headphones from different brands and these have by far held up longer than any of the others! I highly recommend these!

Biggest bang for the buck

Absolutely amazing is how I describe the JLAB NEON on-ear headphones. Having been a professional musician for nearly 50 years, I have a keen ear and found the NEON phones delivered the clarity of tone and range I desire. I sampled the lot at my store, which included Koss, Altec-Lansing and SkullCandy models. I found the JLAB NEONs to be superior in bass, mid and treble ranges. Other phones sounded boomy and muffled by comparison. The closest in overall quality were a pair of "over-ear" phones costing 4 times more. I could not justify spending that much more for something sonically equal to the NEON, just for the over-ear isolation. Originally purchased for use with my Android, I find these phones exceptional for use with my desktop system, as well. A must have for any consumer, especially the budget-conscious.
