Dangerous safety hazard

I was happy with this oven for last 11 months except for the fan running so long after turning off. But all changed Oct 11, 2021 when I opened the door to put apple crisp in and THE DOOR FELL OFF CRASHING TO THE FLOOR BY MY FOOT WITH THOUSANDS OF SHARDS OF FLYING GLASS. What if the grandkids were in the kitchen? Huge safety risk. Can’t get anyone out for two weeks plus to see what the problem is and then how long will it be until repaired? Has anyone else had this happen? To date the Frigidaire service reps are NOT STELLAR plus wait time are ridiculous.
I am hoping Frigidaire will contact me as I would think they would be very concerned over the safety of this product.
Please call me Frigidaire.
I liked the swing door but will never feel safe with it even when repaired.

My Dream Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a super kitchen so when we purchased our forever home last summer, I began planning the ultimate kitchen appliances to replace the ones that were in the home. This wall oven is my dream oven. I love the way the door opens from the side. It's perfect for a shorter person or for cooking something bulky in the oven. It is much easier to maneuver your items when placing them in the oven to cook.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just what I needed!

This in wall oven makes it so easy to access from my scooter with the swing door! Thank you Frigidaire for addressing needs of the physical challenged world

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed the oven, would suggest that you move the cord connection to top of back like other manufacturers. Very difficult to feed back into hole in cabinet. We had to tie a string to the cord to lift it up to feed into the hole. The oven itself is awesome, can't wait to cook, etc. The swing door is the best feature for us short people, no more reaching over a hot door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The convection is great. I have cooked for years and had several different brands. This is by far the best investment to make. Thank you Frigidare. I can’t shut up About the quality and performance. Consider this appliance for replacement or kitchen upgrade remodeling. Top of the line at affordable price.

Love the side open door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the oven since the 1st of February, 2020 I love the side open door as I am only 5' tall and it is now easy to remove even large heavy roasting pans. The oven is easy to learn and to wipe clean.

Convection!

I'm new to convection cooking and just tried a batch of cookies that came out perfectly. I was able to put two cookie sheets into the oven at the same time, making things way easier than my old Frigidaire non-convection oven which handled only one cookie sheet at a time. I love the right-side-opening door; easy for me to get close to my new Frigidaire oven from my wheelchair.
