Very Unsatisfactory Baking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is beautiful and the side opening door fabulous. However, the performance of this oven is awful. The fan runs constantly in bake or convection mode. Food does not bake evenly, brown or reach optimum doneness even when doubling the usual cook time of my old oven. I'd put my old oven back if I could!! If anyone knows how to turn the fan off in bake mode, please answer, as maybe that would help.
I do love the side opening door, and the ease with which you can learn to operate this oven. There is also no exposed coil in the bottom, so spills could be cleaned easily.

Great accessibility!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This side-hinged oven is great! As a wheelchair user, it is often difficult to reach across the open door of a bottom-hinged oven - especially when lifting out hot, heavy dishes. The side-hinge feature allows me to roll my wheelchair up close to the oven and easily lift out dishes.

Only concern is the manual directions are very inaccurate - too many misplaced "Starts". Check Delay start directions for most extreme wrong steps!

Not that happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very grateful to find a Frigidaire 27 inch swing door wall oven to replace the one we have happily used for 17 years. It is very difficult to find one of this kind. I am having some difficulty with this new model. My biggest complaint is the directions in the user guide are not accurate and I have been very frustrated trying to use this oven. This is also compounded by the fact that the buttons are very stiff and require a concentrated effort to engage them. I’m still experimenting with the controls, but because of the cost, I thought the oven would be easier to use. I’m wondering if I received a lemon. Once I get the oven going, it works well. I don’t think I would recommend this oven to a friend.

Frigidaire wall oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new oven replaces an earlier model. While I love and use all the cooking features, I love that the door opens to the side like a microwave. I have a large family and cook large cuts of meat and heavy casseroles. This door enables the loading and unloading of heavy dishes much safer than other wall ovens. I don’t have to lift heavy things over a hot door obstructing me from reaching in. Please keep this feature always!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it possible to love an oven....well I do! A 27" single electric wall oven is apparently a rare find. Who new? I waited almost a year to receive this and truly, worth the wait. Because I only have the space for this particular size, I was so pleased to find this variation of oven. The side opening is a huge plus...I haven't burned my wrists once trying to reach into the oven to test my meatballs. The convection feature is huge but I didn't know that in my search but what a difference in the bake....Could not recommend this oven more. I am certain it will arrive much more quickly as I ordered mine during the supposed pandemic...It's a great choice and it updated my old kitchen in a flash.
