Best Clippers I've ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used many brands and types of hair trimmers over the years for my husband and sons hair. They did not perform like I had hoped so I have been on the search for a great clipper. My search has finally ended, thanks to this shortcut clipper pro! This small clipper works amazingly well. It is designed to easily fit in your hand and allows you to get a nice, close shave. You get 9 comb attachments for the clipper as well as a cleaning brush. The design and shape also allows you to easily reach around your ears and neckline as well. The blades are made of high quality Stainless Steel, making it super easy to cut through my son's super thick hair. Lastly I love that it is cordless and rechargeable. So much easier to cut hair without cord in the way. It will run for about 40 minutes when fully charged for 4 hours. I highly recommend this Shortcut Clipper Pro Haircut Kit, it makes hair cutting so much easier and quicker!

First time using this trimmer 9/26/18. Smooth cut, never snagged or slowed. So worth the money! I didn't even use a mirror and came out great.

Shortcut Pro vs SC100R - Great Christma Gift!
on December 16, 2018

I’ve bought no fewer than 5 SCC-100 Clippers, over the years and have personally used 4 myself and one was a gift. The battery life was always an issue. Everybody always said: "Why can't they make the battery last longer or replaceable?" I was really disappointed when I found out the SCC was no longer available....But, the Shortcut Pro is AWESOME! It does everything the SCC-100 did and then some!
Pros:
1) Lithium Ion Batteries - That are replaceable. I can cut my hair two times on one
charge. That's Hugh!
2) Very sharp blades that go through my hair like hot butter - the motor quietly
purring unlike the SCC-100 which sounds like a chainsaw. (Use caution and pay
attention to avoid nicks)
3) Feel - The grip has a textile-rubber feel to it that makes it easy to hold on too.
4) Price - Figuring in time and money, the Shortcut Pro will pay for itself after about
four uses.
Cons:
Honestly, this trimmer is probably not meant for anybody who wants to style their hair outside of a buzz cut or something just north of shaving their head. As an older dude who grew up through my hair years ago, there's no better way of styling then to just keep my hair close and short. Occasionally pining for my younger years.
Bottom Line - Buy it today, you won't be sorry! If you are sorry? Use it four or five times and toss it. You've probably spent way more money on something of far less value!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I love this style. I drive trucks and cut my own hair on the road. I like how i can taper the top. I go like number 6 or 9 on the top and down to number 2 on the sides. The curve of it makes it easy to make a gradual taper from the top to the sides. Once i started using this; i will not to back to the regular style of clippers. they are great! Only bad side is the rubber started to peel of on the first one; and the second one i broke a attachment; but i dropped it; so maybe my bad. I wish they all made a more aluminum or sturdy type; but even if i buy a new one ever year or two; i still save tones of money by cutting my own hair. Most clippers are plastic these days; and this blade has giving me less trouble than the other type that i had to tighten all the time. I still strongly recommend this product. the curved blade is the way to go!

This product has great battery life
on March 2, 2016

You got it half right. I loved the way your old style clipper (the one shaped like a hair brush) cut hair. But the battery life was terrible. You couldn't even make it through one haircut. And then it wouldn't run while it was being charged. So there you sat with half a haircut waiting for it to recharge. Now with this new one the battery life is great and it will even run while it's charging. This part I love. But the new style pulls your hair! Even if you use it every other day. Give us the non hair pulling old style with the new battery please.

It Just Doesn't Cut The Mustard

I was on the lookout for a new clipper to replace my aging [10 year old] Philips QC5170 which was/is still working fine. The main reason for another set was in case the battery or blade gave in half way through my cut. I was going to buy the latest model from Philips but after reading all the great reviews about the Remington HC4250, I just had to buy it. Now, I may be over critical of it by comparison to the Philips but I just can't see why it is better. It says the blade is 57% bigger thus making the cut a lot quicker but to be honest, a buzz cut from any clipper should only take 10 - 15 minutes tops. You have to change the combs if you want various lengths where as with the Philips, you just slide the button to increase/decrease depth. I don't find the curved blade to be any advantage but perhaps that is just my shape of head. It is a good unit nonetheless but I will continue to use my tried and trusted 10 year old Philips until it eventually bites the dust. This new Remi will have to sit in the cupboard I'm afraid and be used as my backup clipper
