Extremely disappointed

I've been using a Philips Trimmer and was hopeful that this Remington one would be as good or better. The only reason for two stars is the light on the tweezers. Good idea however the tweezers are cheap and don't grasp hairs. The trimmer is horrible. I use it for a few hairs under my chin (thank you menopause!) and it did not even cut them. Plus it irritates the skin leaving it red and burning. The Philips trimmer cuts them like a champ, leaving the skin soft and not irritated. So good idea on the light, Remington but I'll stick with my Philips trimmer. This was a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very sorry for your disappointment.
I never used this very model, I use the "Detail Dual Blade Personal Trimmer" have many, many years and never had any problem. It trims very well. The one I have right now is years old and still good.
The 4 stars is just because it could be a little more sturdier.
So, give a try.
