PANASONIC IS THE WAY TO GO!

IT HAS FOUR STARS BECAUSE I USE THEM. THEY ARE IN ADDITION TO MY OLD PANASONIC PHONES THAT ARE STILL WORKING FOR TWENTY YEARS. MY CORDLESS DRILL STILL WORKS FOR OVER 30 YEARS. BOTH BATTERIES STILL TAKE A CHARGE. I LOVE THE INTERCOM IN THE PHONES.
I PURCHASED THE NEW PHONES FOR A 91 YEAR OLD WITH POOR EYE SIGHT AND HAND MOBILITY. HIS HEARING IS NOT THE BEST EITHER. THE SPEAKER SOUND CAN BE MORE AMPLIFIED. PETER AND I ARE TIRED OF BLACK WITH SILVER.
CAN YOU COME UP WITH SOME PHONES FOR THE HANDICAP? A VERY LARGE PHONE WOULD BE BENEFICIAL. PERHAPS YOU CAN COLOR CODE NUMBERS. WE ELDERS DO NOT LIKE TINY THINGS AND COMPUTERS. THE OLD FASHION PHONES MAKES FOR SIMPLICITY.
I ALWAYS RECOMMEND PANASONIC ITEMS; SPEAKERS, TELEVISION, AUDIO ETC.

Kindly be informed that the speaker on this model is standard, however it does have good-quality sound and volume. We do have other models available that are specifically designed with amplified features. These amplified models provide enhanced volume and clarity to cater to specific hearing needs. If you require amplified functionality, we recommend considering one of our specialized amplified telephone models, such as KX-TGM430 or KX-TGM420. Hope this helps.
