Very long baking times

I bought a B&D because the great toaster oven my wife and I received for our wedding almost ten years ago stopped working. I don't have problems toasting, but baking is a pain. I preheat the oven to make pizza and it takes 10 minutes + more than the specified baking time and it still doesn't cook thoroughly. Am I missing something? I'm afraid to try baking meat.

Not a great product

I brought this product, thinking it was a good item a month ago. I have been so disappointed, doesn't heat up to required temperature, in fact I ate raw meatloaf. Even cooked it more than required time. The knobs are difficult to turn, I would not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed!!!!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in this product. I got this toaster as a gift. I have problems with turning the knobs, very very hard to turn, not only me but my husband and son also. I cannot use it because of this, very disappointed in black a nd decker.

I bought this 3 weeks ago based on the reviews I found online. I looked at many different brands and models and this was the only one that reviewers said actually toasted great. They were right. I've done bread, English muffins and bagels and they all come out great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problem with middle knob

This was a gift for me to use at school. The heating elements work fine. The middle knob is very hard to turn.

Easy to use

I have had it for only a week or so and have baked two 13x9 pizzas , cinnamon rolls, biscuits and toasted ham and cheese Sandwich. If it continues to perform getting great results like I have seen , I will be satisfied . I will give it more time before recommending the B&D confection oven.

Broke after first few uses

We just got this as a gift and loved it at first but now when we use either timer knob, it gets stuck, doesn't click anymore and doesn't turn off so we've been burning food. We turn it past 20 mins or past half toast then set it to what we need it it still stops and stays on. Seems pretty dangerous and frustrated I need to return a gift...
