Recently bought this. My broiled pork chops came out perfect. But then I baked a peach cake. It didn't want to cook. I needed know to adjust the temperature so I set it at 350 as normal. when the normal cooking time was over, it had hardly begun to bake. I put it back in for 10 minutes and the top browned but the inside was still uncooked. I then kept checking it at 10 minute intervals after about 3 more times, I took it out as the top was getting too brown. The inside still was not quite right but it tasted great. Can I please have some better instructions on how to bake in this oven. Also what do the small numbers under the temperature numbers mean?

I bought this just over a year ago. I purchased an extended no-hassle return from the store in case I had problems down the road. Only issue I have encountered in the past 16 months is the red light that indicates it is on and hot no longer works. luckily the convection fan makes a loud enough noise to where someone would know that it is on an extremely hot and won't get burned. But elderly people and very young children may end up being burned by not realizing someone else has turned it on because of the red lights not working anymore. I have had no issues with how it Cooks. I did however have lots of questions because of the lack of instructions that come with this toaster oven. you have to make sure that the crumb tray is underneath the toaster oven in the Small Things lot not inside the cooking area. also the cook a frozen pizza you want the rack on the lowest of the positions inside. Cooking name brand 12 in frozen pizzas in the exact amount of time as the instructions say maybe 5 minutes longer. I do need to rotate the pizza three-quarters of the way through as the pizza will darken in the back of the toaster oven so rotating is necessary one time. I have Cooks breakfast dinner Bagels Pizza cupcakes brownies all turned out excellent. I did have to go online and try to find some cooking instructions because of the lack of paperwork that came with it from Black & Decker. However I am happy with it and I'm pleased with how it Cooks once I figure it out by trial and error cooking positions for the Shelf.
Just bought this today...got home and wanted to try it out. It doesn't work at all. Such garbage. What a waste of money.

I purchased this oven the 5th of July 2018, I wanted it because of the size and also like Black/Decker ovens, However the top burner browns the food before the bottom browns,or even gets done. I have lowered the bottom rack as low as I can, when I baked a cake in it today, had to put a piece of foil on top to of the pan to get the cake done so it did not burn, anything I cook does not cook the bottom as soon as it should, Have tried multiple temps with no success. I like the oven except for this problem

Might have liked it, but the plug-in cord is extremely short. Wanted to place oven on a heavy-duty roll cart. Cord would not reach a standard outlet. Took it back. Very disappointed!

I cook & bake all kinds of things in this oven and have been very happy with it. I use it multiple times a week as it doesn't take long to heat up and doesn't heat up my kitchen. I do not rely on time for cooking- especially for meats- I use a pocket thermometer. Just ate a flatbread pizza cooked in it and it was great. I did cook it directly on the shelf rather than on a pan so that the bottom would crisp a bit. I'm only on this site looking for an extra rack & a new pan.

I tried to make frozen pizza in mine. It was burnt on top and a soggy mess on the bottom. What can you do when your poor and your landlord won’t replace your range?

Replaced an aging B&D Toaster Oven that no longer heats up properly. Got this model for several reasons. Holds a 12' Pizza and large casserole dishes up to 16" overall width. Like the knobs for longevity. Heats up very rapidly and there doesn't seem to be any heat issues. Wonder if those having heating issues have put the drip pan above the lower heating elements? Bottom two knobs a little hard to turn counter clockwise but I assume that will loosen up with use. Overall a great convection oven at a very reasonable price!
