PERFECT SMALL OVEN FOR COUNTER TOP

I bought this to replace a smaller convection oven which I loved but which finally gave up. Convection cooking is awesome, so much time is saved. Also, this oven is so easy to clean. I do have a reservation about the convection fan in this, but I'm an optimist and hope it continues to do it's job. My last Black and Decker had to be returned because there was a problem with the convection fan.

Somewhat disappointing

I like the unit except for the difficulty in turning the knob back from 20 minutes. It doesn’t move easily.

Clear smoke comes out back and door.

The Black and Decker toaster oven works great. I keep it clean inside and out. But about 10 times in the last 5 weeks or so as soon as I turn it on a clear bunch of smoke comes out the back and door. It has no smell but definitely isnt normal. Customer service said today to me on the phone it's normal and nothing to worry about. I have had many toaster ovens and none did this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked for 2 years

My wife bought this Toaster Oven for our home and we LOVED it till last week! The TOAST SETTING won't work anymore, but the other Cooking features still work! I asked Black & Decker IF they will do anything about this as we LOVED the Toast it made for sure! The BEST Toast EVER!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love our new toaster oven

Just bought this toaster after much research. Needed a compact one since we don’t have that much counter space. Looks great in stainless steel. Only used it a few times but looks like it will work well. Would have given it 5 stars, but disappointed that you can’t have two positions for the rack. Tried to slide the rack in the higher position and it was very tight. So probably not suppose to use that position.
I would recommend this to a friend!
