a great little toaster oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my toaster oven for quite a few different ways. It is great for broiling my texas toast, cooking snacks for my daughter, and keeping items warm. I have baked small pizzas in it and it works in so many ways when I don't want to use my regular oven. It won't heat up the house either, great for summer months. It cooks evenly and doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter. A great little oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Black and Decker Natural Convection Toaster Oven. I have always thought a Toaster Oven would be so handy, now I know that is an understatement. I work odd hours and rarely get the chance to eat a meal with my husband. So at our house we separately feast on quick heat and eat food. We have depended on our microwave so long I forgot what a oven cooked food taste like.
We tried the oven out with 4 corn dogs and were pleasantly surprised. The breading was crisp instead of soggy and the dogs were warmed up all the way through. Same things can be said for chicken nuggets, pizza pockets and egg rolls. Overall the food just taste better in the oven. Sometime in the near future I will toast up some hamburger buns in it. The new Natural Convection works great, all of the food we cooked in it came out just right and evenly cooked all the way through.
The Convection Oven is Stainless Steel so it blends nicely with my other small appliances. On the front right side you will find the easy to use controls. Set your temperature. Choose your desired mode bake, broil, toast, and keep warm. Set the timer up to 30 minutes and you will be cooking.
Overall it is a good looking machine, I love the glass door so you can easily see what's cooking. Black and Decker say you can cook up to a 9 inch pizza. Included there is a wire rack and pan for baking. In the bottom there is a easy to clean removable crumb tray. This toaster over has changed the way we prepare food and has a place in our kitchen.

Great size, sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster is the exact same toaster oven that was replaced, just a little smaller, which for me is perfect. Same features and does the same job. The fact that it is all stainless now, is an even bigger plus.

I bought this at a close-out store, and didn't know what to expect. This little oven is incredible. Very quick, even cooking. It has made meal prep so much easier!

Love the wider size!

I wish the included instructions were more helpful, (VERY SCANT!) especially as to the placement of the crumb tray. I didn't figure out it was 'external' until I went to the Black & Decker web-site, and that was after a couple days of toast browned on ONE side only! I was ready to return it but now I can see where the crumb tray goes. The 1st picture shows how small and misleading the description photo is (see #6 and no indication it is 'external' crumb tray). The second picture shows a protective shield over the heating element of my older oven, model # to1675B, that this newer model doesn't have. I hope that doesn't turn out to be something I wish it had later. I hope you post my review even though it has a couple of criticisms...

Perfect for a Single Person

I initially saw this oven at my daughter's home and immediately wanted one. She uses it constantly for warming up leftovers, snacks for the kids, etc I was indeed surprised when she bought me one this last Christmas. I have had it for a couple of weeks now and I have to say it is ideal for making small meals for myself. No more heating up the gas oven just to cook a small meal. I have made everything from TV dinners to casseroles in it. So easy to clean up with the removable crumb tray. Perfect for me

This is the second b&d oven they replaced the first going to give this one back for my money back, won't maintain temp just looked the first one. There junk won't recommend buying it to anyone.
