It makes quick lunches and snack time so much easier and it doesn't heat up my house like my oven does. The food is crispy and full of flavor and is super easy to use. My 16 year old loves it too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a toaster oven until now. It is so great to have. It doesnt take up too much space, its easy to use, and has several settings. I love that you can use this to toast things or just to keep things warm. This is perfect for smaller items, snack times and heats really quickly so your house wont get overly hot. One thing I really enjoy is that is comes with a crumb tray making it so simple and easy to clean. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great Small Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product for several weeks now, we use it at least twice per week because it uses much less energy than our large stove and makes it quick and easy for making smaller amounts of foods. We've also utilized it for making a side dish while our main dish is in the large oven! The controls are very easy to use and feel like it's made with quality, they don't feel like they're going to break when I turn them. Heats up quick and well, holds heat and cooks the food properly. This will be a regularly used appliance in our house!

The toaster oven does not take up a lot space which is awesome. You could cook a variety of items! I love using Black and Decker - Natural Convection Toaster Oven for breakfast to make my bagels and dinner for making chicken cutlets. You can't beat the quality of Black and Decker - Natural Convection Toaster Oven. Give it a shot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owed a convection oven or toaster oven before. So I was super excited when I got the stainless steel Black and Decker Natural Convection Toaster Oven. I LOVE IT. It is easy to use, It has four different cooking functions to choose from: bake, toast, broil, and keep warm. I really enjoy the fact that it has a timer, you can control the heat and you can always turn it off if your food is done before suggested time it goes up to 30 minutes or just stay on. It cooks evenly and is very quick so it doesn't take as long as preheating the oven. It is lightweight and it doesn't take up much space on my cabinet. *The only complaint I have is that the plug in cord is not very long so It has to sit right next to plug in. It is a very nice appliance and I know I'm going to enjoy it for years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Black and Decker Natural Convection Toaster Oven for about a month. We haven't had a toaster over in our family for years - I had forgotten how nice it is to have one around! Quite handy for the little things you don't want to turn your oven on for!
This toaster over has some good and some bad. It seems to be well made and looks nice in my kitchen full of stainless steel appliances.
Actually using it is a different story. This isn't the most intuitive toaster oven in the world. Having an on/off switch would make a world of difference. But now you have to choose your setting - toast, bake, broil, or warm. Then set the other dials accordingly. Setting 3 dials to get the right temperature or cook time is next to impossible. And there is no clear way to turn it off. You have to turn one of the dials one way, and another one a different way. All too confusing.
It toasts well (but don't choose a setting beyond light other wise you will have burnt toast), and bakes well (but make sure you pre-heat it for 10 minutes). So functionally, I am not sure this toaster oven is that great. Once you get to know its "quirks" - you can heat up some French fries, make some toast, or melt some cheese on an open face sandwich. But I am not sure its worth the learning curve - I would probably look for something more intuitive.
By the way this did come with an instruction page, and I do know how to read, and it was not in the least bit helpful.

Need more direction!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a compact, stainless steel oven that fits well on the countertop. Good quality but must warn you as the directions state gets very hot. Experimented several times to brown a piece of toast before achieving right browning. The toast was very good and buttered well on one side and toasted on the other. Wish the oven had come with more directions as to what food items you can cook and bake, and tips on how long food items could be cooked or baked for. Even with directions on the food's packaging it would still take a little experimenting to get food cooked correctly as my example with the toast.
