We just got this as a gift and loved it at first but now when we use either timer knob, it gets stuck, doesn't click anymore and doesn't turn off so we've been burning food. We turn it past 20 mins or past half toast then set it to what we need it it still stops and stays on. Seems pretty dangerous and frustrated I need to return a gift...

I purchased this oven the 5th of July 2018, I wanted it because of the size and also like Black/Decker ovens, However the top burner browns the food before the bottom browns,or even gets done. I have lowered the bottom rack as low as I can, when I baked a cake in it today, had to put a piece of foil on top to of the pan to get the cake done so it did not burn, anything I cook does not cook the bottom as soon as it should, Have tried multiple temps with no success. I like the oven except for this problem

Recently bought this. My broiled pork chops came out perfect. But then I baked a peach cake. It didn't want to cook. I needed know to adjust the temperature so I set it at 350 as normal. when the normal cooking time was over, it had hardly begun to bake. I put it back in for 10 minutes and the top browned but the inside was still uncooked. I then kept checking it at 10 minute intervals after about 3 more times, I took it out as the top was getting too brown. The inside still was not quite right but it tasted great. Can I please have some better instructions on how to bake in this oven. Also what do the small numbers under the temperature numbers mean?

Confused by the lack of information

Thinking about taking this one back. There's is apparently no such things as an honest to goodness user manual for this oven. Just 1 page fold out printed in three languages in the sparsest number of words humanly imaginable. This oven ostensibly has a keep warm feature. In industry terms this is usually an automated function that the oven can be set to go into after cooking. All it seems to be is a hash mark on the dial. There's no instruction for using it, and If I have to set it myself I 'm not really sure it's a true keep warm feature. Unless there's a real manual floating around out there somewhere, we are probably taking this one back

This is the second b&d oven they replaced the first going to give this one back for my money back, won't maintain temp just looked the first one. There junk won't recommend buying it to anyone.

it's like buying a broken oven

Took it back

Might have liked it, but the plug-in cord is extremely short. Wanted to place oven on a heavy-duty roll cart. Cord would not reach a standard outlet. Took it back. Very disappointed!
