Bought this as a replacement for my previous long time outdoor use charger. This is an exact unit replacement. I have had great charging and longevity with these units lasting many years. This unit doe not use a Battery so this explains the low Feature Rating. I will purchase this again if needed!

I bought these quite a while ago, but I wanted better testing before writing a review. Last weekend I rented a excavator to pull some stumps, I had no communication outside the cab. The following day I took out my radio's and the Mic's, Problem solved. I had clear, loud communications with others outside while running the Excavator full throttle and working through about 65 stumps. I simply attached the Mic about head level. Very Pleased with the performance

the shoulder speaker mic is a nice addition to the gx pro 1000. Allows you to hear and use the radio with the radio secured away.
