This was our first LG purchase. It will not be out last. Have had the Smart TV for approximately 4 months. Everything about it, we love & enjoy. The picture quality really puts you in the scene your watching.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

The Best that you can get for the money your paying. Only thing that is missing for the 42'' Led Smart T.V. is the Magic Remote. But other wise its all fine. HD, apps, crystal clear sound, what else could you get?
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, #best 42" tv ever!!

Excellent picture quality, great smart applications, and extremely easy to use. A TV that I paid a decent price for but is worth every penny. I've had this product for about a year now, and it works just as good as the day I took it out of the box!!!

Sorry TV the picture went out within 3 months of purchase. I've had it serviced 4 times with no luck. Picture still goes out most of the time. I would not recommend this brand at all.

The picture on this tv is stunning, and watching movies is a pure joy. I love every part of the tv that doesn't have to do with the "Smart" part. Approximately six months ago, the tv started losing the internet connection every time the tv was turned off. No updates fix it and it's extremely frustrating. Every time I want to use the "Smart" part, I have to "find" my wireless internet and put in the password in order to use it. It's frustrating enough for me to change my whole experience with this tv. If you're gonna get an LG tv, get one without the "Smart" part. You'll be much happier.

picture goes out often, I shut TV off and back on to keep it going
when it it working it has a beautiful HD picture, very impressive

Picture failing

After about 16 months the picture started to fail, one side of the picture was like a half moon, grey and then blacked out. Called on the extended warranty that we purchased, because it was past the 1 year manufacturers warranty period. The repair shop assigned to us has been giving us the run around for 6 months, still not fixed. I am very disappointed in this TV. Will never buy another LG tv.
