[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought one of these nearly twenty years ago, and were so pleased with it that we just replaced it, or so we thought. It looks pretty much the same, & works the same, but it's made of lighter-gauge, easily-dented steel, and the internal storage arrangements are not as well planned & made. Our original Amana is still working in the basement; we're thinking of bringing it back upstairs, and moving this one to storage. A big disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the bottom freezer pull out drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the fridge 3 wks ago.The fridge part is so versatile it allowed us to set it up almost exactly as the old fridge. We really liked the previous layout as it worked really efficiently for us and now we have it again. The pull-out freezer drawer makes locating items in the freezer easy and saves my back at the same time. I'm glad we made the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Twenty years ago I bought this same refrigerator. When it finally quit working last month, I bought another one. Just love these fridges, especially the bottom freezer! Other brands use a door on the bottom freezer where Amana use a pull-out drawer which is so much better. I'm 71 now and this will most likely be the last fridge I"ll have to buy. THANKS AMANA

Great for limited space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge for a tight space. Love the adjustable shelves inside and also on the door. Still unsure of the pull out freezer. Think i prefer my original swing bottom door fridge. Overall tho a good fridge, quite satisfied so far.
