[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a senior citizen and I have downsized to a much smaller home. I had a large Amana at my former home and I really missed it. My new home has a much smaller kitchen and this 18 cubic is just right for me. Although it is a smaller refrigerator it has ample room and the freezer is ample size also. I love it.

Pain I wanted a new one with a bottom freezer as it would be so much easier for to take things in and of the fridge. My husband also likes it a lot.
The only drawback is I wish it was larger but we are limited to space because of a built in space where the fridge goes. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.

How can one praise a refrigerator-freezer? It keeps cold food cold and frozen food frozen. That's what I want it to do, and it does. But, what's really neat is that I can adjust the shelves so that all sizes fit - that is a big deal. What is even better is that it runs so quietly that the first couple of days I owned it, I kept going to the kitchen to make sure that it was running! I love my new Amana!
