i LOVE THE PULL OUT BOTTOM FREEZER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I PURCHASED THIS IN APRIL. IT WAS DELIVERED ON APRIL 18. I STILL DON'T HAVE A WORKING ICE MAKER. THE ICE MAKER WAS NOT WITH IT EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED ONE, AND 3 WEEKS LATER, AN ICE MAKER WAS BROUGHT TO MY HOME THAT DID NOT FIT. THE NEXT WEEK ANOTHER ONE WAS BROUGHT AND INSTALLED BUT IT LEAKS, SO NOW I STILL DO NOT HAVE AN ICE MAKER. TODAY IS MAY 20. I LOVE THE FRIDGE, BUT AN ICEMAKER IS AN IMPORTANT PART THAT IS NOT WORKING, THEREFORE I CANNOT GIVE IT HIGH MARKS.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for the Two of Us

This new one puts everything that we usually need right at eye level, and well lit. It is just the right size for the two of us.

I really disliked our side-by-side (other brand) refrig/freezer due to it's poor organizational design and when we found your product, it was an easy decision. We have had this unit for about 6 weeks now, and my heart smiles every time I open it! It is such an easy access, bright inside and so easy to see what I am looking for, that I can't believe I put up with the predecessor for so long! I LOVE this product and proudly show anyone coming to see us what a great unit it is. I also praise the store we purchased it from, for their service at delivery, installation, and follow-up is tops! The easy to clean and sturdy shelving will keep me smiling for years to come. Thank-you!

Love the freezer space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love almost everything about this fridge/freezer. It is roomy enough for 2 people to fill with delivered food for 2 weeks while they self isolate (God help us all). I love the easy visibility so items don’t get overlooked and expire. It is very quiet, too, unlike my last fridge. The only draw back is if you have to open the fridge a minute or two after you just opened it. The suction is so great that you have to wrestle the door open. This is very annoying but on the other hand I am strengthening my biceps. Is there a solution?
