This is a great phone case, and they stand behind their product. I've had my phone in it for 2 years now, and not a scratch on it, even after many drops. The hard plastic has cracked on me in the thin spots twice now. But this doesn't affect the proctection to your phone. As soon as it cracked both times I messaged their warranty department, and within 2 days, I had a brand new case. Definately would buy again, and would reccomend.

The first OtterBox I bought held up wonderfully. I didn't drop my phone everyday but it does happen more often than I'd like and the OtterBox took the beating everytime. One exception is when I dropped my phone just right and it landed directly on the corner and split the hard plastic cover. I followed the OtterBox directions for a free replacement and within a week I had a brand new cover. Every phone that I own from here on out will have an OtterBox protecting it.

Great protection for my iphone with the exception of allowing dust to accumulate and slightly scratch the sides. However, that is not the reason for my dissatisfaction! it is a highly priced case due to the life long warranty on it (that i have used many many times). however the same part of the case (lower part holding it together where the charger is) keeps breaking off. this has happened to me with at least 5 cases and with several of my friends. I don't see why they cant just build it so that it doesn't break instead of building a weak product and sending me a replacement every several months (a hassle).
