This case is great while it's all still intact, but after awhile the outer plastic shell is bound to break. This is my second one, and both had the same issue of the outer plastic shell breaking. Seems to be a design flaw, but once it breaks in some place, it isn't as easy to get in and out of your pocket and also it will need to be sanded down or something so that it didn't leave a sharp edge.
Pros: great protection, easy to get in and out of pocket
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

The product works wonderfully to protect the phone from drops (or accidental throws in my case). The plastic did break on the thin strip above the pin slot but I received a replacement promptly and easily. Unfortunatley, the new case has broken in the same spot - I will again pursue a warranty replacement. I tried a modification to case #1 to see if I could live with it but did not work well (I just cut out the broken piece of plastic and trimmed the rubber back. A great product but with one small weak point

For the first few months, the case worked well. As I continued to use my phone, the case deteriorated. After about 5 months, the case was completely broken. I took a picture, mailed it back, and received the replacement, only to have the replacement break in about a month. I would not buy this model again. I might get another replacement, but I'd rather not spend the time having to do so.
Cons: Not durable

I had replaced by otterbox as it just didn't fit properly around the phone. I dropped my phone on the carpet and the otterbox broke at the bottom, so I have it taped to hold it together. I feel that it should not break from such a fall. I do not know where my original receipt is as it was replaced already. I have to purchase another one for my IPhone 4S but not sure what type to purchase.

I do like the protection it gives. The soft part of the cover, however, expands from the heat of carrying it in my pocket. It does not "hug" the phone. I had it replaced once but the new cover is doing the same thing.
Pros: Durable
Cons: soft cover stretches out of shape
