I have had to go back to Otter 3 seperate times for a new case. This case is very weak and not worth the money. Even though Otter provides a warranty on the case, the trouble of having to take pictures each time and wait over a week has gotten to be very troubling.
Cons: Not durable

Great case - well protected with the included screen cover. Save me from a big scratch when someone threw a key at my phone. The case make the phone not slippery and helps keep it from damage on drops - dropped a few times and no damage.

This case has done an excellent job at protection the phone, although when accidentally dropped, the case cracked on the upper corner losing a small piece and I immediately contacted the company and after sending them pictures of the damage, they sent me a new case right away.
It does an amazing job at protecting the phone, as I mentioned before, after dropping it, not a scratch on the phone itself! I strongly recommend that you install the protection for the screen included on the purchase of this product, though.

I have an older hard case that they have replaced twice due to breaking where charger goes in. Several friends have the newer generation and seems to hold up better. I have dropped my iphone 4s countless times and never cracked the face. This product protects the phone very well.
