Great Product with even better customer service

I love my case. Low profile, easy to put on and durable. It has saved my phone on numerous occasions. It has taken some nasty falls. Every time, the case does what it is supposed to! Only negative is that when I put it on my iphone, it tends to cause the screen protector to lift, so that is a bummer. I don't know how to get around that.
When my case did break, the warranty process was super easy, efficient and hassle free. The customer service team did a great job of handling my case.
Pros: High quality, Durable, the company backs their product 100%
Cons: tends to cause lifting on a screen protector, white and pink case gets dirty very easily

I had a. Otter box on my iPhone and dropped the phone and the whole back is shattered,phone still works but I thought otter box warranty that put I found out diffferent.sent me a new case now I need to upgrade for to 5c and the case they sent me is for a 4s

Very happy with my otter box for i phone. I did drop it and the case broke but the phone did not which is the point. I was able to get a new case through the warranty easily. The only thing I would change is that I have the pink and white, since the rubbery part is white it gets really dirty and it's hard to clean. Would not get the same color next time.

The case does protect the iphone well however at times it seems the phone gets warm and then malfunctions. I am not sure if it is an iphone issue or related to the Otterbox. I have had an excellent experience when my previous Otterbox broke a piece off near the charging section, I received a replacement with no issues very quickly. I definitely would recommend these cases and this company to others, and actually have done so to my own mother.
